Sliding door tracks, loading area scrapes, rear door corners and wheel arch scuffs, the damage every working van picks up. Repaired in place on the panel rather than replaced.
Bumpers, arches and trim
Textured plastic bumpers and arch mouldings are repaired and re-textured, so the finish matches the rest of the vehicle instead of looking like a patch.
Wheels and steel rims
Kerbed alloys refurbished on site, including diamond cut with our mobile lathes. Painted steel rims and wheel trims tidied up at the same visit.

Most of our commercial work is done while the vehicle would otherwise be standing still, early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on the days a driver is off. Repairs take one to three hours on site and the vehicle is ready to load the same day.

Van repair questions
- Do you repair vans with signwriting or vinyl wrap?
- Often, yes. If the damage sits on bare paint we repair it as normal. Where a repair runs into vinyl we'll say up front what can be worked around and what needs a signwriter to re-apply afterwards.
- Can you repair a whole fleet at once?
- That's most of what we do for trade customers. We survey the fleet, agree a schedule and work through the vehicles on site, usually several in a day depending on the damage.
- Do you cover Lutons, tippers and larger commercials?
- We cover the cosmetic panels and wheels on most light commercials up to 3.5 tonnes. Box bodies and tipper beds are a different job, call us and we'll be straight with you about what we can help with.
- What about lease returns on a commercial vehicle?
- Same inspection standard as cars. Book four to six weeks ahead of the return date and we'll repair what would otherwise be recharged.
