What's covered
- Colour match of the repaired area against the surrounding paint
- Lacquer adhesion, peeling or lifting on the repair
- Blistering or flaking within the repaired area
- Paint defects caused by how the repair was carried out
- Repeat visits to correct a repair we've done
What isn't covered
- New damage in the same area from a later incident
- Stone chips and scratches that happen after we leave
- Corrosion already present beneath the surface before repair
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals or incorrect washing
- Repairs carried out by someone else over our work
- Accident or impact damage of any kind
A note on alloy wheels
The lifetime guarantee applies to bodywork repairs. Alloy wheels live a harder life , they meet kerbs, potholes, road salt and tyre machines, so wheel refurbishment is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and finish rather than against new kerb damage. We'll set out exactly what your wheels are covered for when we quote.
Making a claim
- 01Send us a photo of the repair and tell us roughly when we carried it out.
- 02We'll look at it and, if it's covered, book a visit at your convenience.
- 03We come back out and put the repair right at no cost to you.
